Sync data from Xellent to Lime

Customers, Utilities, Installations, Contracts, Contractparts, agreements are all important to get a good overview over your customers and will assist you in your day to day work with customer service, deals, aggregate statistics and more.

When information is updated in Xellent, a message is sent to lime via HTTPS with the updated information. Messages are being processed and logged along with potential errors or warnings inside lime.

Jump from Lime to Xellent

Sometimes even more details are required, or you need to perform an action in the other system. Lime enables the possibility to "jump" from Lime to Xellent when you want to view the customer your viewing in Lime in Xellent. All this via a click of a button.

Update Customer Contact Information

Some activites are more common than others, like updating the customer's contact information while you are on a call with them. To save a few clicks for you, Lime enables the possibility to send messages back to Xellent, like email and cellphone.
