Configuration

Each message in the integration can be mapped in in Lime Admin. It makes it easy to edit / add / remove mappings in runtime - no need to deploy a new lime solution!

To see an example of what Xellent sends over, have a look under technical. It might differ slightly from case to case as this integration can be customized from both EG and Lime. If you have the need to integrate a value that is not included in the payload, contact EG to see if it is possible to add it. You can map something that is not yet included in the payload if you want to do the mapping in advance and wait for EG to complement the payload. Remember that records already in lime will not be updated unless an update is triggered in Xellent. When you are happy with your configuration and have verified that the values end up where you expect it is therefore a good idea to trigger all relevant records in Xellent so that lime gets updated with the latest data.

Any calculations or similar should be done in custom lime objects (eg. If the StatusX in Xellent is AAA then set this checkbox to true in Lime).
